Nel momento in cui il delegato sanitario del Direttore Sanitario riceve (per e-mail e/o per fax), una richiesta di ricovero da parte del CSM per verifica la completezza della richiesta in termini di :
a) Dati anagrafici dell’Ospite
b) Presenza di diagnosi;
c) Struttura di ricovero;
Successivamente inserisce nel SIPC le seguenti informazioni:
· Data e ora della richiesta
· Sesso dell’Ospite
· Iniziali del nome e del cognome dell’Ospite
· Asl di appartenenza dell’Ospite.
Il delegato sanitario del Direttore Sanitario provvede a contattare gli Ospiti della lista di attesa rispettando l’ordine di inserimento concordando con loro la data del ricovero. Qualora un Ospite rifiuti il ricovero il delegato sanitario provvede ad aggiornare il SIPC motivando nell’apposito campo il rifiuto.
Al momento dell’effettivo ricovero il delegato sanitario aggiorna la lista di attesa eliminando l’Ospite ormai ricoverato.
Al 16/04/2024 i pazienti in lista di attesa sono 16
When the medical delegate of the Medical Director receives (by e-mail and / or by fax), a request for hospitalization from the CSM to verify the completeness of the request in terms of:
a) Guest personal data
b) Presence of diagnosis;
c) Hospitalization facility;
He then enters the following information in the SIPC:
· Date and time of the request
· Gender of the Guest
· Initials of the Guest's name and surname
· Asl to which the Guest belongs.
The medical delegate of the Medical Director will contact the Guests on the waiting list respecting the order of insertion, agreeing with them the date of admission. If a Guest refuses hospitalization, the health care delegate updates the SIPC, justifying the refusal in the appropriate field.
At the time of actual hospitalization, the medical delegate updates the waiting list by eliminating the now hospitalized guest.
As of 04/16/2024,there are 16 patients on the waiting list
